Talent Stacker Experience Project

I collaborated with Talent Stacker to streamline and enhance their Salesforce implementation for lead generation and member management. Through a series of requirement-gathering sessions, I documented and designed the data model, implemented the solutions in a Salesforce Dev org, and presented the final solution along with a comprehensive user training deck.

1. Client Requirement Discovery: Led discovery discussions to deeply understand the client’s pain points and business processes, ensuring the solutions were tailored to their specific needs.
2. Data Modeling with Lucidchart: Collaborated with the team to create an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) using Lucidchart, which was crucial in aligning the team on the data model before implementation.
3. Custom Development: Developed 8 custom objects, 1 Lightning Experience App, and designed 4 Flows. Created 83 fields across both standard and custom objects, ensuring a robust solution that met all business requirements.
4. Dynamic Lightning Record Pages: Designed pages with Dynamic Fields and sections, customized based on user-specific criteria and business rules, to enhance user experience and efficiency.
5. S-Docs Integration: Installed and configured the S-Docs app for seamless PDF report generation directly from the Contact object, streamlining data validation and sharing.
6. Lead Generation and Branding: Designed and implemented a WordPress lead generation page with Web-to-Lead form integration, custom CSS, and a branded Thank You page, effectively capturing leads while reinforcing the client’s brand.
7. Visual Cues for Contact Management: Created custom images to guide Contact owners on next steps or outstanding tasks, ensuring that no tasks were overlooked.
8. Salesforce Training: Concluded the project by developing a comprehensive Salesforce training deck to empower the client’s team with the knowledge needed to use the new system effectively.
